Kelly has worked at F&P since 1997. Her current role as Director of Operations gives her the opportunity to work with everyone in the agency. Kelly’s role allows her to onboard new hires and helps them learn the F&P Way to enhance the customer experience we provide. Kelly also gets the pleasure of implementing new processes, procedures, and technology to help the agency gain efficiencies and stay relevant in the insurance industry. Kelly feels truly blessed to possess her role and the opportunity to be a part of the F&P Family!
