Implementing and Maintaining a Reasonable Suspicion Program
This course will cover the steps employers should take when implementing and maintaining a
reasonable suspicion drug test policy. In addition to OSHA-related concerns, this course will
cover the impact of legalized marijuana on an employer’s ability to implement drug testing
policies.
