Understanding your rights and responsibilities after an employee is injured is a key component in managing claim costs. This session connects the pieces involved in workers’ compensation claims. It provides information about the benefits and rules and equips you with ways to play an active role in the claims management process. You will learn how your actions can have a major impact on how quickly, successfully and cost-effectively your claims are resolved.
