How to Prepare for an OSHA Visit

This presentation will address how employers can successfully navigate an OSHA inspection. From management interviews to document requests and site walk-arounds, OSHA inspections can be complicated and stressful. This presentation will provide tips to employers on how to best address common issues that arise during OSHA visits. It will also address recent changes in OSHA inspection procedures and enforcement under the Biden Administration.
