Crisis Mode: How Organizations Prepare, Respond, and Recover
Crisis situations rarely affect just one part of an organization. In this session, we will examine crisis preparedness, response, and recovery through the lenses of safety, HR, and communications. Attendees will learn practical strategies for strengthening preparedness through strong policies, leadership awareness, reporting channels, and early intervention, as well as how organizations can respond effectively when issues surface.
The session will also explore managing communication during high-pressure situations, supporting employees and leadership, and guiding organizations through recovery and rebuilding trust illustrated with real-world examples of complex crises that needed expert navigation.
