Colorado Employment Law Update
This webinar will cover Colorado legislative updates including the POWR Act, Settlement Agreement Restrictions, Equal Pay Act Changes, and FAMLI. For FAMLI, we will cover some of the pitfalls we have seen this year during the first 6 months of paid employee leave. Lastly, we will discuss the Wage Theft Bill that almost was law for a discussion of what to be watching for next legislative term.

Kristin R.B. White is a partner in the Denver office of Fisher Phillips. Kristin counsels and defends clients in regulatory workplace safety matters, and often acts as crisis management counsel for employers across all industries.
