Employment Law Update

As the world recovers from COVID-19, federal and Colorado employment law continues to change. This session will cover the expectation of more aggressive agency enforcement under the new Administration along with federal rules and interpretations that are expected to change and have changed concerning independent contractors.  Also, we will address important federal legislation and case law. We will provide a rundown of relevant outcomes for employers from soon-to-adjourn Colorado Legislature. Lastly, we will go over Colorado cases to watch and expected changes in Colorado due to the winding down of the public health emergency.
